Ukrainian borscht

Description

Ingredients:Potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, beets, pork, bell peppers, broth, tomato paste, fresh dill, fresh parsley, sugar, vinegar, salt, ground black pepper. Frozen semi-finished product.

Preparation recommendation: Bring 2.5 litres of water to a boil. Add the frozen mixture (potatoes, white cabbage, herbs and meatballs) and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add the carrot-onion mixture and cook for a further 15 minutes. Finally, add the beetroot mixture and cook for another 10 minutes. Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes. Then let it stand for 10 minutes. Please ensure it is thoroughly heated before consumption. Do not thaw - prepare from frozen.
