Peppers stuffed with meat

Description

Ingredients:Bell peppers, cooked rice, semi-skimmed pork, bacon, fried onions, fried carrots, oil, refined sunflower seeds, salt, ground black pepper. Frozen semi-finished product.

Preparation recommendation:Place frozen peppers in a pot. Lightly sauté onions and carrots. Refine with sour cream or tomato paste if desired. Pour this sauce over the peppers, add water until they are fully covered, and simmer over low heat for about 40-120 minutes, depending on the desired consistency. Do not refreeze.
