Cabbage rolls stuffed with pork

Description

Ingredients:Boiled cabbage, boiled rice, semi-skimmed pork, fried onions, fried carrots, refined sunflower oil, salt, ground black pepper. Frozen semi-finished product. 

Preparation recommendation:Place frozen cabbage rolls in a pot. Prepare a roux from carrots and onions, optionally adding sour cream or tomato paste. Cover with water. With young cabbage (summer) cook for about 40 minutes. With mature cabbage (winter) cook up to 2 hours until the cabbage is tender. Simmer covered over low heat. Please heat thoroughly before consuming. Do not defrost - cook from frozen.
