Soup with meatballs

Description

Ingredients:Potatoes, carrots, onions, pork, bell peppers, broth, fresh dill, fresh parsley, sugar, vinegar, salt, ground black pepper. Frozen semi-finished product.

Preparation recommendation: Bring 2 litres of water to the boil. Add 1kg of the frozen soup. Once the water boils again, simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, optionally add a bay leaf. Do not refreeze.
