Description

Ingredients: Buckwheat groats (50%), pig's blood (20%), pork lard (20%), table salt, fried onions, carrots, black ground pepper, edible pig casing.

Preparation recommendation:
First, thaw in the refrigerator. Prick the blood sausage in several places with a skewer. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the blood sausage in a greased baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Preparation in the pan: Heat a pan with a little oil. Fry the previously cooked blood sausage on all sides until golden brown.
