Delivery and payment 🚚

Delivery is carried out by courier.
For orders up to €80, the delivery fee is €4 within the city and €6 outside the city.
For orders over €80, delivery is free of charge.

Delivery takes place exclusively on Fridays.
The delivery area includes Schwerin and a surrounding radius of up to 20 km.

How is the delivery carried out?

All products are delivered in thermal boxes with dry ice or cooling packs to ensure compliance with transport standards.
We ensure continuous temperature control, proper placement of products, and secure, reliable packaging.
We guarantee high product quality and timely delivery.

Right of Return / Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that the goods are not perishable.
According to Section 312g (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for goods delivered frozen (frozen products).

Exceptions

A return or exchange is possible if the products have a very short shelf life, if the goods were severely damaged during delivery due to damaged packaging, or if an incorrect product was delivered that does not correspond to the order.

Return Process

Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order and send us photos of the product and the packaging.
In such cases, we offer a refund of the purchase price, an exchange of products, or the provision of a discount.
A refund of delivery costs is only possible if the error was on our side, for example, if incorrect or damaged goods were delivered.

Notes on the Transport of Frozen Products

By ordering frozen products, you agree to accept the delivery at the specified delivery address on the following day. We are not responsible for delays in acceptance.
Delivery to parcel lockers is not possible.
Please ensure that frozen products are placed in the freezer immediately after receipt in order to maintain the cold chain.

This service is valid exclusively within Germany.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by bank card (Giropay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via PayPal after selecting the delivery method.
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT as well as all other price components.
Additional delivery costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.

Self-pickup

Dear friends. At the request of our customers, we are pleased to announce that we have added a collection option to save your money and time. How it works: just like before, you add your favourite products to the basket, enter all your details and choose collection. Most importantly: collection is available only on Fridays from 13:00 to 16:00.
