Cabbage rolls with mushrooms

Description

Ingredients:cooked white cabbage  (fresh cabbage, table vinegar, table salt), cooked rice  (rice, drinking water, table salt), fried mushrooms  (mushrooms, refined sunflower oil, table salt, black pepper), fried onions  (onions, refined sunflower oil, table salt, black pepper), fried carrots  (carrots, refined sunflower oil, table salt), table salt, black pepper.

Preparation recommendation:Place frozen cabbage rolls in a pot. Prepare a roux from carrots and onions, optionally adding sour cream or tomato paste. Cover with water. With young cabbage (summer) cook for about 40 minutes. With mature cabbage (winter) cook up to 2 hours until the cabbage is tender. Simmer covered over low heat. Please heat thoroughly before consuming. Do not defrost - cook from frozen.
