Khinkali with pork filling

Description

Ingredients:Wheat flour, semi-skimmed pork, water, bacon, onions, fresh cilantro, fresh dill, fresh parsley, potato starch, salt, ground black pepper, uccho-suneli (blue fenugreek). Frozen semi-finished product.

Preparation recommendation: Place frozen khinkali in boiling salted water. Stir occasionally, bring to a boil again and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove the cooked khinkali and serve with butter or sour cream to taste. Do not refreeze after thawing.
