This document (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the rules for the use of personal data by MultiCook. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use published at https://multi-cook-berlin.de/terms-of-use and of other agreements between the parties.

By concluding the agreement, the user voluntarily, of their own free will and in their own interest, gives an indefinite written consent to the processing of their personal data in any form, including all actions (operations) or combinations of actions performed with or without automated means: collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating (modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

Terms and definitions used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms of Use and other agreements with the user, unless otherwise stated herein or required by the context. Otherwise, interpretation shall be in accordance with the applicable law of Ukraine.

2.1 Personal information under this Privacy Policy includes:

2.1.1 Information voluntarily provided by the user when registering on the website and during further use of the website services, including: first name, last name, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address.

2.1.2 Data transmitted automatically depending on the settings of the software used by the user, such as IP address, cookies, information about software and hardware used, browser settings, transmitted and received content via the website.

2.2 The user acknowledges and agrees that third-party software may be embedded on the website pages which may collect anonymized data pursuant to clause 2.1.2. Such third-party software may include, for example:

  • social media plug-ins (e.g., Facebook);
  • other anonymous data collection systems.The user may restrict the collection of such data by third parties via the privacy settings of their browser.

2.4 The provider may define certain personal information as mandatory where it is necessary for the use of the website and its services. All other information is provided voluntarily.

5.3 The provider may store log files for up to six months for service improvement and legal reasons.

6) Changes to this Privacy Policy

6.1 This Privacy Policy may be amended by the provider unilaterally without prior notice. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the website.
